Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and inbound channels.

  • Cold Outreach: Make cold calls and send cold emails to engage prospective clients and introduce them to our services.

  • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule discovery and sales calls for senior team members.

  • Sales Calls: Conduct initial sales calls with prospects to understand their needs and present our offerings.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, ensuring a clean and organized sales pipeline.


Qualifications

  • Strong English Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools including:

    • HubSpot (CRM)

    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

    • Zoom (for virtual meetings and calls)

  • Reliable Internet Connection: A stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for video calls and daily online operations. 

  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively follow up with leads. 

  • Sales-Oriented Mindset: Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is strongly preferred. 


This is a contractor-based position, candidates are expected to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.

As an independent contractor, the individual will not be considered an employee and will be responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Work hours are flexible and results-based, though availability for scheduled meetings and deadlines is required.

Performance-based incentive bonuses will apply.
