We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and personable Real Estate Closer to join our team part-time. This role combines real estate client management with light digital marketing and CRM coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Closings & Client Follow-up
Engage with warm leads, nurture relationships, and help close deals.
Coordinate with agents, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth closings.
Handle follow-up communication and maintain high client satisfaction.
CRM Management
Implement, manage, and update CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, etc.).
Track leads, pipeline stages, and key performance metrics.
Ensure all client and transaction data is organized and current.
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen
Prior experience in real estate sales, transaction coordination, or closing.
Working knowledge of CRM systems (experience setting up or managing one is a plus).
Strong communication and follow-up skills, confident on calls and in writing.
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
