We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This remote role focuses on generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, initiating contact through cold calling, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine alignment with CybrogenIT's services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team to discuss tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects using CRM tools, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from prospects to assist in refining CybrogenIT's offerings and approach.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or a related role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive and persistent approach.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple prospects effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using various communication platforms.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
