We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) to join our product team. The QA will be responsible for ensuring that our products function flawlessly, are free from defects, and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role involves close collaboration with the four departmental product managers and direct reporting to the Senior Product Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Product Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and performance.

  • Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and malfunctions using appropriate bug-tracking process.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, provide timely feedback, and ensure alignment on quality standards.

  • Process Improvement: Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs and enhance overall product quality.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

  • Quality Metrics: Monitor and track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in software quality assurance and software development.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and proficiency in.
