Your Role

Manage CEO’s daily workflow, emails, and schedules
Document and improve internal processes
Organize client/project info into clean systems
Research tools, streamline automations, and support ops
Coordinate team members and track deliverables

Who You Are

Obsessed with efficiency
Fast learner
Comfortable with tools + tech (Notion, Sheets, CRMs, automation tools)
Excellent communicator
Proactive and independent

You won’t be buried in admin work—you’ll be helping build the backbone of a company. As DeepOps grows, you’ll have the option to move into Operations, Project Management, or even Chief of Staff.
