As a Project & Service Delivery Manager (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform), you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and clients, manage resources and risks, and maintain effective communication to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

Functional – Responsible for project leadership and timely delivery of projects.
Facilitate delivery of project objectives
Collaborate with Technical Lead for support with technical mentoring, work assignment and issue management of Development Team as required to work as one
Provide regular performance feedback to Technical Lead to ensure ethos of excellence through mastery is instilled and practiced throughout the team
Manage unplanned team member absences to ensure team remains supported and equipped to achieve project objectives
Ensure that team members have the tools needed to complete their assigned tasks and provide them with timely feedback on their progress on each project.
Ensure the development teams are practicing collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility to ensure confidence and mastery in project outcomes.
Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
Escalate any issues with the team’s performance to the Practice Lead or General Manager.
Client and Service Delivery - Provide the highest standard of client service, support and quality solutions to clients.
Work closely with clients, as a key contact, to ensure a full understanding of their needs, manage expectations as required, and proactively resolve any issues of concern, and deliver on agreed expectations with confidence.
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Properly define, document and control project changes to minimise ‘scope creep’
Continually be an advocate for Company - Champion and share knowledge - Ensure that all communications between Company and its stakeholders are precise.
Arrange client training and ensure that training is aligned with client goals.
Identify opportunities for the sales team and support them in gathering requirement information to develop a strong value proposition
Project and Service Delivery – Oversee and support excellence in project deliverables. Contribute toward the overall objectives of the Functional Team through support and effective collaboration.
Manage scope of projects from inception to closure; Define, develop, and manage implementation schedule and project budgets
Clear and timely project planning and monitoring documentation and communication
Collaborate on the preparation of project contractual agreements i.e. Statements of Work
Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick off and ensure effective completion of milestones, control project scope
Facilitation of project meetings for both internal and external team members
Coordinate release planning
Encourage early and often communication
Ensure team members are delivery to configuration, development, and methodology standards
Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective
Assess and monitor project issues or roadblocks and identify solutions to meet budget and deadlines without impacting quality.
Report to the Practice Lead/General Manager regularly on forecast income and resource requirements, progress, profitability and issues for all projects.
Professional Development – Take an active role in personal professional development and adopts a ‘self-learning’ attitude to maintain business analysis abilities
Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform integration with peripheral systems
Research best practice and documentation with a self-learning attitude
Engage in Company and self-training opportunities to maintain knowledge of best practices and documentation in the industry to maintain project management capabilities
Build a clear personal professional development plan with clear goals and completion dates. This will be regularly discussed with your manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Project management of multiple concurrent projects.
Ideally project delivery in an IT supplier/provider organization.
Must have Dynamics 365 or Power Platform implementation project experience.
Preferably a relevant university degree
