Direct Traffic Solutions is seeking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our logistics solutions. You will also be required to onboard and manage existing accounts.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized logistics solutions to clients
Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Onboard and manage existing client accounts effectively
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Job Requirements:

College degree preferred
High school diploma 2+ years proven freight brokerage and Sales
Proven experience as an Account Executive in the logistics industry
Assertive, passionate, and dedicated to succeed
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software
