The Role

We're building out our partnerships program and need someone to be the frontline. You'll identify, research, and reach out to potential partners across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and phone. Your job is to open doors and start conversations that our partnerships team can close.

What You'll Do

Research and identify potential partners (software companies, influencers, industry associations, vendors serving contractors, etc.)
Send personalized outreach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Make cold calls and warm calls to prospective partners
Follow up persistently without being annoying
Track all outreach activity and responses in our CRM
Book intro calls and meetings for the partnerships team
Build and maintain lists of partnership prospects
Test different messaging and report on what's working
Nurture relationships with prospects who aren't ready yet

What We're Looking For

Experience doing outbound outreach (partnerships, sales, or business development)
Comfortable reaching out to strangers on LinkedIn, social media, and phone
Excellent written English - your messages need to sound natural, not spammy
Organized and disciplined with follow-ups (nothing falls through the cracks)
Understands how partnerships work (this isn't selling to customers, it's building mutually beneficial relationships)
Thick skin - rejection doesn't faze you
Self-motivated and hits daily/weekly outreach targets without being micromanaged

Bonus

Experience in SaaS partnerships or affiliate programs
Background in home services, contractor, or trades industry
Existing network in the software/SaaS space
Experience with outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.)
Video outreach experience (Loom, etc.)
