The Role: Global Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be a core part of our scaling revenue team, owning the full sales cycle and closing high-value deals with global insurers, repair networks, and fleet operators. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll work directly with leadership to shape our international expansion and accelerate revenue growth.

What You’ll do

✅ Identify & Close High-Value Deals: Drive new business with enterprise accounts in insurance, auto repair, and fleet management.

✅ Manage the Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless onboarding of new customers.

✅ Expand Global Markets: Develop and execute sales strategies to enter new regions, leveraging DriveX’s industry-leading AI technology.

✅ Engage with C-Level Executives: Build strong relationships with decision-makers at insurers, repair networks, and fleet operators.

✅ Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with the founders, product, and marketing teams to refine sales playbooks and optimize our GTM strategy.

✅ Use Data & CRM Tools: Leverage HubSpot/Salesforce for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance optimization.

What we’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, InsurTech, AutoTech, or enterprise software).

✔ Proven track record of closing enterprise deals (€100K+ ARR) and exceeding quotas.

✔ Experience selling to insurers, auto repair networks, or fleet management companies.

✔ Strong C-level negotiation and relationship management skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment, executing efficiently with limited resources.

✔ Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
