What we’re looking for:
You may have started your career as a Chartered Accountant, but soon realised you had more to offer than journal entries and month-end reports. You stepped into the ERP space – maybe not at one of the big four, but at a niche consultancy or vendor where you got your hands dirty and learned how things really work.
Now, you’re ready for your next challenge:

Working with top-tier clients, helping them transform finance operations
Designing and configuring ERP systems built on the Salesforce platform
Collaborating with developers to build tailored solutions
Leading clients through change, training teams, and ensuring successful go-lives

Your background likely includes:

- A qualification as a Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- Experience with ERP implementation – ideally as a consultant or business analyst
- A track record of system configuration, data work, and solution design
- Confidence in client-facing roles, leading workshops, and delivering training
- Comfort working with developers to bring solutions to life
A desire to grow, lead, and work in a collaborative, forward-thinking team
