Your tasks

Project lead: Roll-out the Cvent Event & Course Management platform to all our subsidiaries worldwide acting as the interface to the national key users.
Platform Ownership: You will be the global product owner for the Cvent Event & Course Management platform performance responsible for lifecycle-management, (onsite or remote) training & platform communications.
Platform Enhancement: Lead the ongoing enhancement of the Event & Course Management platform by continually identifying & implementing new features integrations & optimisations that enhance customer and user experience.
Platform KPI monitoring: Continuously analyse & optimise the use of the Event & Course Management platform via defined platform KPIs.
Platform Documentation: Ensure that there is structured, detailed & easily accessible key-user documentation available covering all related features, functionalities & processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing & IT teams to ensure ongoing development, optimisation & technical support.
eCommerce: support the Global Product Owner of our eCommerce platforms (Magento and SAP Commerce Cloud) and act as deputy when needed.

Your qualifications

Completed higher education (bachelor’s degree or higher).
5+ years of work experience in an international environment.
Professional in the application of Cvent; proven experience in the use of the platform.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal / written English).
Ability to identify problems, potential solutions, and manage a project through to completion.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently/remotely.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Great attention to detail.
Experience in eCommerce (Magento and/or SAP Commerce Cloud) is a plus.
