About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business opportunities. This role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and booking meetings for the sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on set criteria
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records inside the CRM
Follow up with prospects consistently
Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve messaging and targeting

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow ups
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to learn scripts, processes, and tools quickly
Previous sales, customer service, or outreach experience is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting
Familiarity with remote teams or digital services

Consistent outreach activity
Qualified meetings booked each week
Clean and organized CRM updates
Positive communication with prospects and internal team
