Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product Development / Go-To-Market Specialist with a strong commercial background and a passion for physical products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage product development projects for our Home & Garden Portfolio from concept to market launch. While deep product development knowledge is not required, strong organizational skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication abilities are essential. You will also play a key role in analyzing sales metrics and profitability data to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, creative, and sales, to coordinate the development of new physical products.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of product launches.
• Organize and track all product development stages, ensuring seamless communication and progress across teams.
• Analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and profitability data to drive decision-making and optimize product launches.
• Provide support in the creation of go-to-market strategies to maximize sales potential.
• Perform data analysis and maintain reports on market trends and product performance using Excel and other data tools.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and speed up time-to-market for new products.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, Amazon FBA, product development, or a go-to-market role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in analyzing sales and profitability metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for physical products and a drive to bring ideas to market quickly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with project management tools or software (ClickUp)
