Helia Cybersecurity is looking for motivated, competitive sales professionals to join our team as Sales Consultants. This role combines prospecting (SDR) and closing (AE), giving you full control over your sales pipeline and maximizing your commission potential.
What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission):
Prospect small & mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and engage business leaders about cybersecurity risks.
Schedule & run your own sales meetings.
Present & close deals for our Security Awareness Training (SAT) program.
Use our proven sales framework to handle objections and guide prospects to fast decisions.
Leverage generous free trials to drive adoption and quick closes.
Earn high commissions on every deal closed – no cap!
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have Skills):
3+ years of B2B sales experience (cybersecurity, SaaS, or similar a plus).
You’re confident, outgoing, engaging, and know how to push for a decision.
Self-starter & highly motivated – You own your success, no micromanagement.
Results-driven mindset – You love competition and hitting high targets.
Basic cybersecurity/compliance knowledge is a bonus.
