Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and organized Remote Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple responsibilities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to efficient remote operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to remote teams
Manage emails, calendars, scheduling, and virtual meetings
Accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records and documentation
Organize files and ensure proper recordkeeping and accessibility
Assist with basic reporting, data organization, and documentation
Support onboarding processes and internal communications
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
