We are seeking a dependable Data Entry Clerk to handle accurate data processing, maintain records, and support our customer success and administrative teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and verify data from customer inquiries, service requests, parts orders, and interaction logs into CRM and internal systems
Process incoming information from calls, chats, emails, and forms using approved guidelines and templates
Maintain precise records of customer interactions, equipment details, appointment schedules, and follow-up tasks
Assist in organizing and routing basic requests (e.g., status checks, documentation) to appropriate departments or team members
Provide routine data-related support, such as generating simple reports or confirming record accuracy
Escalate any discrepancies, incomplete entries, or complex data issues according to company procedures
Ensure high standards of data integrity and confidentiality across all processes and communication channels

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or customer support experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent typing speed and data handling skills
Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar), basic office tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), and data entry platforms
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain focus in a fast-paced remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated remote workspace
