Role Overview

Hitachi CMA is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to support customer engagement activities and assist Customer Success Managers with coordination, documentation, and follow-ups. This role focuses on communication, organization, and customer satisfaction support rather than direct sales or financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Support customer success teams with administrative and coordination tasks
Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
Track follow-ups, service requests, and customer communications
Assist with preparing customer reports and summaries
Coordinate internal requests between customer-facing and operational teams
Follow company policies related to data privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plus
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Proficiency with common office and CRM tools
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
