Role Overview

Hitachi CMA is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign coordination. This role focuses on execution, organization, and content support rather than strategic decision-making, making it well-suited for remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with marketing campaign coordination and scheduling
Support content preparation for email, web, and internal communications
Maintain marketing calendars, files, and documentation
Assist with basic data tracking and campaign performance reporting
Coordinate updates across internal teams and external partners
Support social media and digital marketing activities as assigned
Follow brand guidelines and internal approval processes

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support is a plus
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Familiarity with common marketing and productivity tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
