Requirements:
C1 LEVEL OF ENGLISH IS A MUST!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a computer guru (able to assemble and upgrade PCs).
Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows 10/11, Server 2016/22.
Ability to set up and maintain domain controllers.
Strong experience in setting up and troubleshooting networking-related issues.
Knowledge of configuring firewalls, open ports, setting up high availability redundancy for the dual internet service provider.
Very strong experience in setting up printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
Strong troubleshooting skills.

Work conditions:
Eastern Standard Time (UTC−5) or Eastern Daylight Time (UTC−4) depending on the season.
Interaction with Americans.
A 5-day paid sick leave is available after 6 months of employment.
A 5-day paid vacation is available after 12 months of employment.
$8-$15 hourly depending on experience.
The Company pays monthly on the 15th of each month for the whole previous month.
