Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our IELTS Support Center by transforming student, test, and operational data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will help improve student outcomes, optimize instructional programs, and support management decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data related to:
- Student performance (mock tests, band scores, progress tracking)
- Course enrollment, attendance, and completion rates
- Instructor performance and class effectiveness
- Operational metrics (center utilization, scheduling, revenue trends)
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for academic and management teams
Identify trends and patterns to support:
- Curriculum improvements
- Personalized student support strategies
- Marketing and enrollment planning
Work closely with academic coordinators to define KPIs for IELTS preparation success
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from management
Maintain documentation for data processes and definitions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in data analysis (education or training sector preferred)
Strong proficiency in:
- Excel / Google Sheets
- SQL
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Experience working with student or assessment data
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
