JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive EXECUTIVE REMOTE PERSONAL ASSISTANT /MYSTERY SHOPPER to support business operations with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

While this position offers flexibility in work hours, the schedule must align with business needs. No weekend work is required.

• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging etiquette

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks efficiently

• Flexible availability to accommodate occasional after-hours tasks as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and prioritize executive correspondence, including emails and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses

• Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and business partners

• Maintain and update financial records, including spreadsheets for tax preparation, itemized deductions, and expense tracking

• Oversee and coordinate the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
