We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. This role requires knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, and customization, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
· Work on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) module others as required.
· Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI actions.
· Support incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow.
· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Lead and perform ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancements.
· Develop reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.
· Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies.
· Provide end-user training and documentation as needed.
· Bring all new feature and functions published via service now to review, adapt, change and implement via SDLC, Devops method
· Be language/tech agnostic and look at AI from broader viewing to implement AI solutions while integrating with other platforms such as IAM, discovery , collaboration and end user engagements

· Do you have experience in following?
· Hands-on experience in managing administering Service Now platform. Especially ITSM modules
Proficient in Javascript, JSON, and certified with CSA. Preferred CIS (implementation).
· With a flair for automation with skills to automate using JavaScript, powershell etc
· Handson Experience on running upgrades in the environment .
· Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
