Job description:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding the the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and project management skills to drive the team towards successful project completion.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Six Sigma/Agile development methodologies.
Previous experience in a remote software consultancy business or similar industry.
Certification in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP).

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development/Project Management.
Hands-on experience with modern software development methodologies and tools.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
