Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to build our geospatial data applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain frontend and backend components for geospatial applications
Create responsive user interfaces for complex spatial data visualization
Design and implement APIs for data processing pipelines
Optimize application performance for large spatial datasets
Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning models
Ensure code quality through testing and documentation

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
Backend development experience with Python/Node.js
Experience with database design and SQL/NoSQL solutions
Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
Version control and CI/CD pipeline experience
Ability to work in an agile development environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with geospatial libraries (Leaflet, Mapbox, OpenLayers)
Familiarity with GIS concepts and spatial data formats
Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js)
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of machine learning concepts
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
