Our ambassadors from the 20 LVMH Group Maisons we represent accompany our international clientele throughout their online shopping experience.

Within LVMH Client Services, e-Retail is synonymous with Hypercare, Humility, and the Pleasure of representing Maisons of Excellence and Know-How from the LVMH Group.

Your missions:

By joining our talents, your goal will be to meet the expectations of the clients of our partner Maisons through various contact channels (Telephone, Email, Livechat, WhatsApp, and other Social Networks or any other contact channel made available to clients).

Your expertise revolves around three main areas:

Pre-Sales:

Be the point of contact for customers wishing to reach one of our boutiques to obtain information on availability or reservations;
Respond to advice requests from customers by presenting the most suitable offers, products, or services for their needs;
As a Maison Ambassador, you are the first point of contact remotely;
Assist customers in their search for products or services by guiding them through the partner Maisons' websites.

Sales:

Ensure a personalized customer experience by presenting the iconic models of the Maison and performing the sales ceremony;
Assist customers in placing their online orders;
Convey the codes of luxury and be the guarantor of the excellence of the represented Maison;
Build customer loyalty;
Identify potential needs and suggest complementary products.

After-Sales:

Be solution-oriented;
Manage the resolution of After-Sales complaints;
Participate in customer loyalty by creating a privileged relationship, particularly during courtesy calls or invitations to unique events;
Recontact customers who have expressed dissatisfaction following their experience with the Maison to identify the source of dissatisfaction and attempt to re-engage them.

Your profile:

Job requirements:

You have a strong interest in multicultural environments and must be fluent in English, French, and German (CEFR level: C1);
You possess writing and relational skills;
You have an affinity and agility with IT tools.
