As the key point of contact for our Microsoft 365 environment, IT infrastructure and cloud services, you will take on full responsibility for administration, develop security concepts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. What you can expect from the role

Administration, support, and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment; act as a primary contact for all related issues

Management of user accounts and groups via Active Directory (on-premises and Azure AD), including assignment and maintenance of permissions, licenses, and policies

Support for Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Copilot; training and proactive communication of new features, updates, and best practices within the organization

Development of a modern provisioning infrastructure for consultant devices (e.g. using Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM), including automated deployment of OS, software, and security policies

Design and implementation of security policies (e.g. MFA, DLP, Endpoint Protection) and ensuring compliance with legal and industry-specific regulations (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001)

Setup of logging and monitoring structures to detect threats early (IT forensics & incident response)

Setup, operation, and monitoring of cloud infrastructures (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and integration of cloud services into existing systems

Your profile

Completed apprenticeship/degree in IT or similar qualification

Solid experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and further M365 services

Experience with backup solutions and (ideally) cloud service setup (e.g. AWS)

In-depth understanding of IT security architectures and processes

Experience in IT forensics and handling security incidents

Knowledge of building client management infrastructures (e.g. Intune, Autopilot), solid experience with Microsoft operating systems (server & client), hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, and collaboration tools

Nice to have: Experience in building and managing cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS, Azure) and data protection/information security knowledge as a plus

Service-oriented, structured approach to work and strong communication skills in German (minimum B2 level) and fluent English

Willingness to travel to Germany for company events and workshops
