Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager / Office Admin to join our Pre-Litigation team. This role is the central point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported while their cases move forward. You’ll coordinate medical treatment, communicate with clients and providers, gather supporting case evidence, and help prepare demand packages.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

· Track treatment progress, set up insurance claims, and gather key evidence.

· Document communications and maintain accurate case files.

· Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases forward.

· Oversee a high-volume caseload with organization and care.

· Handle other admin-related duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

· 1 year of experience in a personal injury, insurance, or administrative role preferred but not required.

· Proficiency in Haitian Creole required.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Empathy and patience with clients under stress.

· Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve problems.

· Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
