Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in various tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members.
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Assist with event planning and coordination as required.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).
