Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and clients, ensuring that all IT systems and services run smoothly. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers and network infrastructure.
Monitor and manage IT inventory, including software licenses and hardware assets.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new software and IT best practices.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and security practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
