Position Overview
N-Power Medicine is hiring a Temporary Project Manager / Sr Project Manager for 3 months to join their team reporting to the Senior Director, Program Management. This position will be responsible for supporting functional project teams, ensuring delivery of various projects including:
Training Management:
Assisting with creating new training plans, tracking progress against those plans, pro-active communication regarding upcoming/late/failed training assignments and managing the schedule for onboarding a new Learning Management System (LMS).
Quality Management:
Management of Quality System dashboards and assistance in tracking Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPAs), non-conformances, risks across the organization and Change Control Requests (CCRs).
Supplier Management:
Assistance with vendor qualification and maintenance and tracking of Approved Supplier List (ASL).
This is a temporary, 3-month, remote position within the United States.
Role Objectives and Responsibilities
Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage project scope and coordinate change requests
Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Track project budgets and ensure cost control
Provide regular status reports to leadership
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure action items are completed
Prepare and present regular status reports to management
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned project stakeholders
Develop project budgets for small to medium-sized projects
Track expenditures against planned budgets and report variances
Manage resource allocation to optimize utilization
Escalate significant problems to appropriate stakeholders following established protocols
Conduct basic root cause analysis for project issues and implement corrective actions
At the senior level, the following additional responsibilities would be expected:
Independently lead and manage multiple medium to large-scale projects
Establish project governance structures and decision-making frameworks
Identify and resolve critical project issues that may impact business objectives
Develop & Implement process improvements and best practices
Education, Experience, Behavioral Competencies, & Skills
2 - 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet or similar) recommended
Proficient in the use of Google Suite
Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Experience managing project budgets and resources
Generous, Curious, and Humble

Pay Information
The expected hourly range for the Project Manager position are $50 and $60. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
The expected hourly range for the Sr. Project Manager positions are $65 and $80. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
