We're looking for an organised, people-friendly Immigration Case Coordinator to join the Navorn team remotely.

You'll be the backbone of our client experience — the person who keeps cases moving, clients informed, and nothing falling through the cracks. This isn't a sales role or a customer service script job. It's a real coordination role where attention to detail and genuine care for clients makes a tangible difference in people's lives.

What you'll be doing:

Being the primary point of contact for clients throughout their visa application journey
Gathering documents and information from clients in a timely and organised way
Filling and compiling visa application forms accurately based on client information
Coordinating between clients and the lead adviser to keep cases on track
Tracking application progress and proactively updating clients
Maintaining organised case files and documentation

What we're looking for:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Someone who is naturally organised and follows through without being chased
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
A genuine interest in immigration and helping people through complex processes
Prior experience in immigration, legal, or client coordination is a plus but not essential — we'll train the right person
