Now, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and impact of our platform’s data.

As a quality assurance specialist, you'll:

Audit and clean data to ensure it meets our high standards for reliability and usability.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, ensure consistency, and improve accuracy.
Learn tools like SQL to manage and validate data integrity.
Collaborate with teams to refine data collection and quality assurance processes.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.

What we're looking for:

Someone with sharp attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
A creative thinker who asks the right questions and develops innovative solutions.
Strong communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations effectively.
Intermediate Excel proficiency (particularly with pivot tables).

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent experience, with experience in research, data analytics, or social sciences preferred
Ability for limited travel (1-2 times per year).
