Your Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy
Create and prioritize the product backlog
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and the development team
Define and manage user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective meetings (together with the Scrum Master)
Ensure product quality and alignment with business goals
Analyze market trends and competitors
Continuously optimize the product development process

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps)
Ability to simplify complex topics and present them effectively
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Salary:

The minimum gross monthly salary for a 40-hour workweek is €2,700, based on the collective agreement. Depending on qualifications and experience, salary adjustments will be made accordingly.
