Your Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements
Create detailed requirement specifications and user stories
Conduct workshops and interviews to identify requirements
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams
Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog
Ensure traceability of requirements
Support the creation of test cases based on requirements

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
At least one year of experience as a Requirements Engineer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of requirements management methods and tools
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Structured and detail-oriented working style
Team player with an open-minded attitude

Salary:

The minimum gross monthly salary for a 40-hour workweek is €2,500, based on the collective agreement. Depending on qualifications and experience, salary adjustments will be made accordingly.
