● Experience with AWS Serverless technologies

● Experience getting projects shipped

● Experience building APIs to be consumed internal and externally

● Experience solution designing/software architecting performant and scalable systems

2. Code should be reviewed by a college, never by yourself. You will be tasked to review and lead pull requests made by your team and colleagues and work collaboratively with other team members.

3. Estimate a project’s effort to completion.

4. Lead workshops to define technical solutions.

5. Make recommendations and lead the vision of the product and the team processes.

6. We all help each other, especially other teams. Be ready to help out on support tickets coming from our front-line team members.

7. Contribute to the efforts of the development team by leading individual epics.

8. Mentor other team members by sharing knowledge and experience.

9. Responsible for breaking down work by creating stories and epics.

10. Accountable for the performance and deliverables produced by the team.

11. Able to own and manage mistakes, resolve in a timely manner, engineer solutions and processes to avoid repeating the same mistakes

12. Responsible for deploying new projects and features to the production environment.

13. Leading by example to bring the team together as well as communicating changes to the roadmap.

14. Assist the CTO on resolving conflicts between team members.
