Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, API integrations, and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise-level solutions that integrate with cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions, including front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Build and optimize integrations using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services.
Implement Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to create custom business solutions.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across all applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and Microsoft’s latest advancements in cloud and business applications.
Participate in code reviews, architecture design sessions, and project planning activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, API Management, Logic Apps, etc.).
Strong experience with Dataverse and Dataverse API integrations.
Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Proficiency in back-end languages such as .NET Core, C#, or Python.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Spanish/Other Language as applicable].

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications related to Azure, Power Platform, or Dataverse.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
