Position Summary

Pair Eyewear Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support administrative and operational functions across teams. This remote role is essential to maintaining organized workflows and ensuring day-to-day business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to internal departments and leadership
Manage digital documents, records, and internal databases
Assist with data entry, scheduling, and calendar coordination
Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and chat
Support reporting, tracking, and documentation tasks
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies
Assist with general operational tasks and process improvements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in administrative support or virtual assistance is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written communication abilities
Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
