About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in WordPress and WooCommerce development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack web application development and a proven track record of working with various web technologies. A key aspect of this role involves providing recommendations on the appropriate tech stack for new projects and assisting in managing project delivery to ensure they meet timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide suggestions on the best tech stack to use for new projects.

• Assist in managing the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet timelines and quality standards.

• Develop and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce websites and web applications.

• Customise and modify websites, focusing on layout and functionality to meet client requirements.

• Utilise Elementor to create and manage WordPress pages, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Provide support for existing Laravel and PHP websites and applications.

• Manage and maintain WHM/cPanel servers to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Handle hosting environments, particularly with providers such as Vultr, Google Cloud, or similar.

• Participate in team and individual meetings to gather requirements and offer feedback.

• Plan, conceptualise, estimate project timelines, and collaborate with team members.

• Engage in thorough testing of new developments.

• Liaise effectively with the development team, sales, and marketing.

• Communicate and manage tasks and time tracking using ClickUp.

• Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges as they arise.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web application development using WordPress/WooCommerce.

• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience using the Elementor page builder in WordPress.

• Strong understanding of cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.

• Familiarity with the Linux environment.

• Experience with Laravel and React.

• Experience in WHM/cPanel server management.

• Experience with Vultr, Google Cloud, or similar hosting providers.

• Ability to suggest appropriate tech stacks and manage project delivery.
