Position Overview

As the Executive Assistant, you will work directly with the Publisher and senior team, providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, project efficiency, and timely communications. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Publisher and executive team
Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel logistics
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
Liaise with editorial, advertising, and marketing teams to support leadership communication
Assist with project management and deadline tracking across departments
Prepare briefing materials and research for meetings and strategic initiatives
Maintain organized digital filing systems and support cloud-based operations
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives, as needed

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level or publishing/media leadership
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong command of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar)
Exceptional time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
