A Pine portfolio company is hiring a NetSuite Account Executive to join its growing sales team. The company is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions—including ERP, QMS, and CRM—and consulting services across North America and Europe. Their clients include high-growth manufacturers ranging from startups to global enterprises, all seeking best practices, industry expertise, and successful implementation strategies.

This role is focused on acquiring new customers (\"Net New Logos\") and expanding market reach. You'll be responsible for building and managing a pipeline, engaging executive-level stakeholders, and closing new business opportunities. A strong understanding of NetSuite and SaaS-based selling is essential to delivering high-impact, solution-driven proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets and verticals.
Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and strategic partnerships.
Engage with executive decision-makers to present tailored, value-driven solutions.
Develop and present compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI and align with customer pain points.
Conduct high-impact product demos and presentations to drive decision-making.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (solutions consultants, marketing, and implementation) to ensure a smooth sales process.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at relevant industry events and webinars to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications

Account Executive:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in SaaS or ERP sales, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Senior Account Executive:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SaaS or ERP sales, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

For All Levels:

Proficiency with NetSuite CRM and ERP modules.
Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Comfortable using MS Office Suite and data analysis/reporting tools.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
