We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Remote Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, communication coordination, and data management in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support remotely
Handle incoming calls and email correspondence professionally
Assist with scheduling and calendar management
Prepare and organize electronic documents and files
Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records
Support billing, reporting, and invoicing preparation processes
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients/providers
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Assist with other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or higher preferred
Previous administrative or office support experience (remote experience a plus)
Comfort with computer systems, remote communication tools, and cloud platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
