We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in coordinating web design and branding projects. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support:
- Assist in managing multiple web design and branding projects simultaneously.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, developers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the project manager in task assignments and follow-ups.
Client & Team Communication:
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project status.
- Respond to emails and inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Administrative & Organizational Tasks:
- Maintain project documentation, agreements, and invoices.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Organize digital assets and ensure proper file management.

Qualifications & Requirements

1+ years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, web design, or a related field.
Familiarity with web design platforms (Webflow, Wix,etc.) and branding concepts is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
Comfortable conducting video calls and client check-ins.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solver.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a creative agency or digital marketing firm.
Basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
