Overall Purpose of The Role:

Your main responsibility is to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact with prospects to closing deals. These prospects come from our appointment setters, applications, ads, organic and emails that we send to our list. This includes qualifying leads, understanding their needs, presenting how we are the best solution if they’re wanting to grow their personal trainer business, and ultimately converting them into satisfied customers. You will also track and follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement and progress towards closing while working with our team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow our proven call confirmation process to ensure leads show-up on sales calls
Be professional and understanding of the leads’ issues
Qualify leads before booking an appointment
Maintain a record of calls with our system, appointments, and significant information within the CRM system (PipeDrive).
Track appointments booked to see if they showed up to meeting and chase no-shows to re-book
Send daily report to our Slack channel and your google sheet
Share insights from calls on the team calls that are daily and weekly
Exceed the set performance goals
Clear daily Pipedrive tasks

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience and Background
Must have 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales
Closed $500k or more in sales in those 2 years

Measure of Success (KPIs/Deliverables)

80%+ booked call attendance rate
10 Closed deals per week
50% Close rate
100% Daily tasks closed in Pipedrive each day
