Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to optimize data analytics and enhance our product offerings.
Data Integration and Analysis: Leverage AI techniques to process and analyze large datasets, generating actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Technology Implementation: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into our existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.
Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, identifying opportunities to enhance our technology stack.
IT Collaboration: Contribute to IT projects involving cloud infrastructure (AWS), Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.

Your Profile:

Educational Background: Graduate from a top-tier university or engineering school with a degree in computer science, AI, or a related technical field.
Professional Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in AI or machine learning, with proven expertise in implementing AI solutions in a professional setting.
- Solid understanding of financial data or experience in the financial sector is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based AI solutions.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau is a bonus.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Languages: Fluency in English; French is a plus.
Work Ethic: Rigorous, detail-oriented, and eager to push the boundaries of AI in a data-driven environment.
