Role Overview

Rally UXR is seeking a detail-oriented Records Management Assistant to support the organization, maintenance, and accuracy of digital records. This role is essential in ensuring documents are properly stored, easily accessible, and aligned with internal data management standards.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update digital records and documentation
Ensure records are accurately categorized and securely stored
Perform routine reviews to verify completeness and accuracy of records
Assist with document indexing, filing, and retrieval requests
Support internal teams with records-related inquiries
Follow company policies related to data privacy and confidentiality
Assist with process improvements in records and documentation workflows

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with document management systems and office productivity tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
