This role involves managing rental listings, communicating with prospective tenants, coordinating appointments, and assisting with administrative processes related to leasing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update rental property listings across online platforms

Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding property availability and leasing requirements

Coordinate and schedule property viewing appointments

Assist with rental application processes and provide guidance to applicants

Organize and maintain applicant documentation, including identification and proof of income

Maintain daily reports summarizing activities and completed tasks

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operations

Required Qualifications

Strong written communication skills and professional correspondence ability

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting
