Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee the execution of

influencer content campaigns across multiple verticals. This role focuses on working with

micro-influencers at scale, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and aligned with

campaign goals.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a high level of precision, and

has a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a role for someone who is

tactical, clear in communication, and obsessed with timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end across various categories (e.g., lifestyle, fashion,

fitness, beauty, food, tech, etc.)

● Coordinate with hundreds of micro-influencers simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet

campaign guidelines.

● Review and approve influencer content for brand alignment, compliance, and quality before

publishing.

● Own all campaign timelines, ensuring deadlines are met across every stage of the process.

● Communicate regularly with influencers to ensure instructions are clear and questions are

resolved promptly.

● Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, legal, client services) to align on campaign

objectives and reporting needs.

● Monitor campaign performance and flag potential issues early.

● Maintain up-to-date tracking of all influencer statuses, posts, links, and performance metrics.

● Prepare and present post-campaign reports to internal teams or clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

● 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content production, or account

management.

● Experience working with micro-influencers at scale (dozens to hundreds per campaign) is

required.

● Meticulous attention to detail — must be able to spot inconsistencies in captions, images,

tags, etc.

● Exceptional organizational skills — experience using task/project management tools like

Airtable, Notion, Asana, or Trello.

● Comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple deadlines at once.

● Strong written communication skills — clear, direct, and professional.

● Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer platforms/tools.

● A proactive problem solver with a "no task too small" attitude.

Bonus Points:

● Experience in multiple verticals (e.g., CPG, beauty, health, fashion, tech).

● Experience scaling influencer campaigns from 50 to 500+ creators.

● Understanding of FTC guidelines and brand safety protocols.
