How will you make an impact:

Take ownership of CRM and email marketing operations, ensuring effective execution and continuous optimization.
Launch and manage CRM campaigns to support the growth of our B2C and B2B products.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Brainstorm and develop new campaign ideas in collaboration with the team.
Coordinate creative asset requests with the design team.
Design and execute the B2B email marketing strategy to engage and convert key audiences.
Develop campaigns tailored to support users throughout their journey - from top to bottom of the sales funnel
Launch email marketing activities that strengthen customer relationships, build loyalty, and drive referrals.

What we value:

2+ years of experience creating and managing CRM and email marketing campaigns, preferably for both B2C and B2B businesses.
Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Braze.
Fluent German (C2 level proficiency) and professional English (B2+ level).
Experience in creative copywriting and newsletter management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, as you’ll work across multiple teams.
A mix of analytical and creative strengths—you’re comfortable working with data and crafting compelling messages.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.

Bonus Points:

Curiosity about Growth Marketing and Paid Advertising.
Experience with HubSpot’s Marketing Email tool and building workflows.
Familiarity with Figma for campaign design collaboration.

💰Your salary: We 💙 transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.

The salary band for this role in Germany is: 45.000 - 55.000 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.

We have implemented salary bands in all job descriptions to ensure we treat all employees fairly. Once we get to know each other better and understand your skills and experience during the interview process, we will be able to evaluate where you would fit within the salary band.
