Job Summary:

Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a remote environment and enjoy connecting with people? If so, Solar Connect wants you! We're seeking remote solar appointment setters to join our team and schedule qualified appointments for our sales closers. This is a crucial role in our sales process, and top performers will have the opportunity to advance to a Sales Closer role and further their career within the company.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads.
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria.
Schedule appointments for our sales closers using our online scheduling system.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM.
Follow up with leads as needed.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment setting targets.
Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Ability to learn and understand the basics of solar energy.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required.
A passion for renewable energy is a plus. A desire to grow into a sales closer role is highly desirable.

Compensation:
