This is a primarily commission-based role with a small base pay. Top performers have the potential to earn six figures annually.

Responsibilities:

Close sales leads generated by our marketing and lead generation efforts.
Conduct online presentations and consultations with potential customers.
Qualify leads and assess customer needs.
Present customized solar solutions and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Effectively utilize our CRM and sales tools.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales closing, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
Experience closing deals remotely.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
Highly coachable and willing to learn our sales process and utilize our resources.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
A passion for renewable energy and helping customers save money.

Compensation:

This is a primarily commission-based role with a small base pay. We offer a highly competitive commission structure designed to reward top performers. The more you close, the more you earn. Our top closers have the potential to earn six figures annually.
